Return Policy
Email us at info@plasticneeds.com or call us at (281) 599-0424. Incorrect shipments or defective merchandise will be exchanged at no charge provided a claim is made within 5 days of receipt. All other returns accepted within 10 days and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Plastic Solutions.

Product Tolerance
All bags are manufactured within industry recognized standards. Our production process will try to be as accurate as they possibly can. Due to the run of the machines, occasionally sizes my be slighly over or under sized by approximately 5%.
Shipping
All orders normally ship out same day if place before 2:30 p.m. CST or otherwise notify by Plastic Solutions.

Please contact us for Overnight orders and all orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or addresses outside of the United States.
Drop Shipments
Plastic Solutions offers drop shipments to your customers within the 48 states. When placing your order, if the shipping address is different than the billing address, our packing slip will not include our contact information or pricing.
